The Story

Some discover fashion in a magazine. Marc Moon discovered it in history. From his early years in design and pattern-making, he felt that every vintage garment held a secret waiting to be heard. Ballet taught him to look at the body; painting, at light; the piano, at rhythm. Paris and London are his soul cities, and the shoulder pad, his most intimate signature. Today, his creations have dressed artists such as Tini, Lola Índigo, Valeria Mazza, Jaime Lorente, and Eduardo Casanova, and have filled the pages of Vogue Portugal, Numéro, and Schön. Each piece by Maison Moonsieur is born in Barcelona, amid patterns, sketches, and hours in the workshop. We inherit the spirit of the great maisons of the past: the time devoted, the detail that almost no one sees, the hand that corrects a seam until it is perfect. We work with tailoring, corsetry, and deconstruction as a language, and every shoulder pad, every volume, and every drape has a reason for being. Our horizon is to grow without renouncing who we are. To reach new markets and new perspectives, while maintaining our Catalan roots, meticulous production, and research as our starting point. We want Maison Moonsieur to be a benchmark in European designer fashion: a label that demonstrates that craftsmanship and avant-garde are not opposites, but the same way of seeing.
