Shipping, Exchanges, and Returns

You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return or exchange it, and we will arrange collection free of charge.

1. Shipping

We ship to Spain and all other European Union countries.

Delivery times and shipping costs for each destination are indicated during the checkout process before order confirmation.

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla may be subject to taxes and customs procedures, which will be communicated to you prior to purchase.

Delivery times are calculated in business days from order confirmation. Once your order leaves our facilities, we will send you an email containing the tracking number. In any event, delivery will take place within a maximum of 30 calendar days.

If the parcel arrives damaged, we recommend noting this to the carrier and contacting us at info@maisonmoonsieur.com with photos within 48 hours to ensure prompt resolution. This does not limit your legal warranty rights.

2. Returns (Right of Withdrawal)

You may return your purchase without giving any reason within 15 calendar days from the day you, or a designated third party, receive the products. If your order is delivered in multiple parcels, the period begins from the receipt of the last product.

How to request a return:

1. Notify us of your decision within the specified timeframe via email at info@maisonmoonsieur.com or using the form in Section 5. Use of the form is optional.

2. You will receive an acknowledgment of receipt along with instructions for collection, which is free of charge for you.

3. Prepare the products unused, with their original tags, and, whenever possible, in their original packaging.

4. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date we were informed of your decision to return. Reimbursement will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless agreed otherwise at no additional cost to you. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back or until you have supplied proof of return shipment.

If you chose a delivery option that is more expensive than standard shipping, the price difference will not be refunded. You are liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

3. Exchanges

If you require a different size or color, you can request an exchange within the same 15-calendar-day period by emailing info@maisonmoonsieur.com with your order number. We will collect the item free of charge and send the replacement; if sending the new item incurs any shipping fees, this will be indicated prior to confirming the exchange. If the requested product is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.

4. Excluded Products

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for:

• Custom-made garments or products personalized according to customer specifications.

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons, such as underwear or swimwear, if unsealed after delivery.

These exclusions do not affect your statutory warranty: if an item arrives defective or does not conform to the contract, you may submit a claim under warranty for up to 3 years, including for these items.

5. Withdrawal Form
